Required
- 6+ years corporate accounting experience
- 4+ years fixed assets, CAPEX, leasehold improvements, capitalized software, and lease accounting ownership
- Deep proficiency in ASC 360, ASC 350-40, and ASC 842
- Experience with real estate transactions, facility build-outs, and leasehold improvement amortization
- Experience with agile software development capitalization
- SOX control design and execution experience
- Physical asset inventory and audit leadership
- CPA certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware, consumer technology, software, manufacturing, or capital-intensive businesses
- Hands-on experience with Tier-1 ERP fixed asset and lease modules
