Required
- 1–3 years of retail leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
