Required
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with firmware focus in C/C++
- Proficiency in compute-constrained and low-memory environments
- Experience creating peripheral drivers and communication protocols
- Track record launching and maintaining large device fleets with OTA updates
- Ability to read datasheets and schematics for hardware bring-up and debugging
- Willingness to travel regularly to China for team collaboration
Nice to have
- Expertise with bare metal systems and low-level task management without RTOS
- Knowledge of wireless communication standards like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
- Automated testing and observability expertise
- Deep understanding of embedded security practices
