Required
- In-depth cybersecurity and identity architecture experience at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated experience defining enterprise IAM/CIAM strategy and target-state architecture
- Experience developing project and program charters for portfolio governance and funding
- Strong knowledge of workforce and customer identity platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, or SailPoint IIQ
- Experience working with system integrators and consultancies on architectural oversight
- Knowledge of industry frameworks including NIST and ISO/IEC for control-driven design
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with emerging technology IAM implications such as Agentic AI and autonomous systems
- Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments
- Background working with PMO and program governance functions
