- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in process manufacturing
- Leadership experience in multi-shift frontline operations
- Experience in compounding, batching, chemical processing, or liquid manufacturing operations
- Track record of driving operational excellence and performance improvement
Nice to have
- Experience leading digital transformation or automation initiatives
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, or RSBatch
- Experience with advanced analytics and AI-enabled technologies
- Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or UMS certification or experience
