What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years aerospace welding or related experience
- 5+ years GTAW or laser welding with aluminum, stainless steel, or Inconel
- Experience with weld fit-up, prep, post-weld blending, repairs, and dimensional inspections
- Fabrication experience including layout, forming, and assembly
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in confined spaces and at elevated heights
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced development and production environments
Nice to have
- Robotic or semi-automated welding systems experience
- Aerospace materials experience (aluminum, Inconel, stainless steel)
- Knowledge of aerospace welding standards (AWS D17.1)
- Effective communication and team collaboration
- In-depth GD&T familiarity
