Required
- 5+ years electronics assembly, soldering, or PCB rework experience
- Eligibility to access export-controlled information subject to ITAR and EAR
- Fine-pitch hand soldering capability
- Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 workmanship standards experience
- Microscope work and SMT rework experience
- Prototype build or engineering rework background
- ESD controls and sensitive electronics handling
- RF hardware, coaxial assembly, or cable soldering experience
- Comfort in startup or rapidly evolving environment
