Required

  • 5+ years electronics assembly, soldering, or PCB rework experience
  • Eligibility to access export-controlled information subject to ITAR and EAR
  • Fine-pitch hand soldering capability
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and BOMs
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 workmanship standards experience
  • Microscope work and SMT rework experience
  • Prototype build or engineering rework background
  • ESD controls and sensitive electronics handling
  • RF hardware, coaxial assembly, or cable soldering experience
  • Comfort in startup or rapidly evolving environment
