  • 5+ years conducting investigations at a company or equivalent legal/case-management experience
  • Ability to conduct investigative interviews and analyze documents objectively
  • Strong writing skills for detailed investigation reports
  • Critical thinking and analytical ability in complex situations
  • Objectivity and ability to recognize personal biases
  • Ability to manage multiple cases autonomously and collaboratively
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  • Ability to travel to other Intuit offices as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial, expense, and compliance investigations
  • Experience handling threat management situations
  • Licensed lawyer or employment law background
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions or countries
