- 8-10 years of hands-on offensive security and penetration testing experience
- Expertise in AI/ML security including LLMs, inference architectures, and agentic frameworks
- Production code shipping experience in Go, Python, or Rust
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD environments
- Deep understanding of application security vulnerabilities and distributed system design
