Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Education, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in e-commerce fulfillment, high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or logistics
  • 3+ years managing Learning, Quality, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement programs
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience including leading managers or multi-site teams
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, audits, process improvement, and corrective action planning
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority over all contributing resources
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Lean Certification
