- Lean training and proficiency with Lean tools
- Knowledge of quality systems and process controls
- Hands-on mentality and ability to collaborate with production teams
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Advanced engineering degree or MBA
- 5+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Experience with plant layout CAD design
- Experience purchasing capital equipment and supporting production start-up
- Experience automating material handling processes
