What this role is

This role manages relationships with major systems integrators like Accenture and Deloitte to drive enterprise AI sales through partner channels. You'll build go-to-market strategies, enable partners with training and materials, and serve as the liaison between Anthropic's sales team and SI organizations to land and expand deals.

What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years in partner sales, channel sales, alliances, or business development at a technology company
  • Demonstrated track record building and influencing revenue through partners
  • Commercial instincts for co-sell agreements and multi-party deal dynamics
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Excellent cross-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative working style across sales, product, and delivery teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes from scratch
  • Willingness to travel for partner and customer engagements
  • Genuine interest in AI safety and responsible AI development

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a major systems integrator or global consulting firm
  • Background in AI, cloud platforms, or developer tools
