Required

  • 5+ years building or arranging highly scalable distributed systems
  • Solid distributed systems fundamentals including multi-threading and concurrency
  • Production-level concurrent programming experience in Go, Java, or equivalent at intermediate-advanced-expert level
  • Experience building and operating services on AWS

Nice to have

  • Prior contributions to Temporal, Cadence, or other workflow engines
  • Deep expertise in storage domains like LSM trees, columnar stores, or transactional logs
