Required

  • 3+ years administering Atlassian Cloud in enterprise environments
  • Proven ownership of Jira and Confluence customization and site administration
  • Advanced expertise in Jira project configuration including workflows, permission schemes, and issue security
  • Strong command of JQL, CQL, and eazyBI for reporting
  • Experience implementing and operating ITSM processes in Jira Service Management
  • Understanding of RBAC, change control, and release management
  • Authentication and authorization configuration experience with Okta or similar IAM

Nice to have

  • Atlassian Cloud Professional (ACP) certifications, 2+ preferred
  • Experience leading AI-driven initiatives within Atlassian including Rovo agent development
  • Background managing large-scale Atlassian implementations or migrations
  • Supporting external user access and complex security models
  • Experience in fast-growing or highly cross-functional organizations
