Required
- 3+ years administering Atlassian Cloud in enterprise environments
- Proven ownership of Jira and Confluence customization and site administration
- Advanced expertise in Jira project configuration including workflows, permission schemes, and issue security
- Strong command of JQL, CQL, and eazyBI for reporting
- Experience implementing and operating ITSM processes in Jira Service Management
- Understanding of RBAC, change control, and release management
- Authentication and authorization configuration experience with Okta or similar IAM
Nice to have
- Atlassian Cloud Professional (ACP) certifications, 2+ preferred
- Experience leading AI-driven initiatives within Atlassian including Rovo agent development
- Background managing large-scale Atlassian implementations or migrations
- Supporting external user access and complex security models
