- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction or operations
- Deep understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation
- Hands-on construction experience partnering with general contractors and electrical subcontractors
- Strong project management skills for schedule monitoring and bottleneck identification
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement code-compliant field solutions
- Minimum 50% on-site travel availability
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
- Direct experience overseeing high-density rack electrical infrastructure installation
- Mega project construction experience in mission-critical or heavy industry
- PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent safety certifications
