  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction or operations
  • Deep understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation
  • Hands-on construction experience partnering with general contractors and electrical subcontractors
  • Strong project management skills for schedule monitoring and bottleneck identification
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement code-compliant field solutions
  • Minimum 50% on-site travel availability

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification
