  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training experience
  • 5+ years of adult learning and education program experience
  • 5+ years of personnel management experience
  • Manned and/or unmanned aviation experience as operator, pilot, flight engineer, or mechanic
  • Ability to obtain or hold Active Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Travel availability up to 80% (domestic and international)
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and traverse uneven terrain
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
