Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science plus 4 years biomanufacturing experience, OR Associate degree plus 4.5 years, OR high school diploma plus 5 years
- Ability to execute manufacturing processes and monitor against batch records
- Document and review cGMP data following procedures
- Coordinate with supervisor on shift scheduling and resource allocation
- Participate in training and provide coaching to associates
- Initiate and investigate deviations, develop corrective actions
Nice to have
- Prior purification leadership experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S certification
- Experience with Trackwise, Delta V, or LIMS systems
