Required
- Hands-on proficiency in Go, Java, C/C++, or Rust
- Extensive experience developing multi-tenant, cloud-scale distributed storage infrastructure
- Experience with at least one of: file storage (NFS, SMB, Lustre), object storage, or block storage (NVMe, iSCSI)
- Strong background in high-performance filesystem products, VFS, and Linux filesystems
- Proficiency with Linux storage subsystems
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), log analysis, and distributed tracing
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/HPC storage solutions or petabyte-scale object storage
- Familiarity with RDMA and Infiniband networking
- Knowledge of GPU Direct Storage, F2FS, or SPDK
- Experience with Nvidia SuperNIC DPUs for storage optimization
- Background in storage virtualization, orchestration, or distributed metadata management
- Research publications or open-source contributions to storage projects
