- High school diploma or GED
- Skilled trade background (mechanical, electrical, automotive, HVAC, carpentry, welding, or plumbing)
- 2+ years industrial work experience with material handling emphasis
- Team-oriented and learning-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Safety focus aligned with Alcoa EHS standards
- Ability to train and collaborate with internal and external teams
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proficient with MS Office, JMP, and database software
