- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of facilities or engineering experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
- GMP facility experience
- Negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Technical writing skills
- Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
- Experience with CMMS for maintenance planning and execution
- Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously
Nice to have
- Master's degree in engineering
- Maximo-specific experience
- Experience with Honeywell Niagara systems
