Required
- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Push utility carts up to 60 lbs
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Work in temperature-controlled environments including freezers
- Read labels and product documentation accurately
- Operate powered equipment safely after training
- Speak, read, and understand English sufficiently for safety and policies
- Use basic math skills for counting and simple arithmetic
Nice to have
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine
- Shift differential eligibility based on tenure
