- Bachelor's degree in clinical/medical laboratory science, medical technology, or equivalent CLIA training
- 2+ years of technical laboratory experience
- Technical skills in laboratory testing and procedures
- Independent work with minimal supervision
- Ability to train and educate new laboratory staff

- Computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Corporate Compliance Plan and patient confidentiality
