  • 5+ years shipping production full-stack applications at scale
  • Strong Python proficiency
  • Experience with Next.js, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and backend frameworks
  • End-to-end feature ownership from design through deployment
  • Strong engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, type safety, code quality
  • Production system operations using logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI-native products using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases
  • Knowledge of vLLM, model serving, or lightweight ML infrastructure
  • Real-time application experience with streaming, WebSockets, Server Actions, or large-scale file processing
  • Infrastructure experience with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, AWS, GCP, or Vercel
  • Strong product intuition with UI polish, accessibility, and design systems expertise
  • Security and privacy best practices including PII handling and audit logging
