What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years shipping production full-stack applications
- Deep expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript
- Strong design sense and ability to work without a designer
- Shipped AI-native products to real users using LLMs, RAG, or vector databases
- Proficient in Python and modern web application architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, background job systems
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
- End-to-end feature ownership from design through post-launch iteration
- Strong engineering fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, type safety, code quality
- Production system operation with logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring
- Excellent communication and comfort working with customers and leadership

- Built and maintained a design system or component library from scratch
- Experience with Figma or designing directly in code
- Built with agent frameworks, multi-agent systems, or tool-use architectures
- Familiarity with vLLM, model serving, fine-tuning, or ML infrastructure
- Built developer-facing products: SDKs, API design, docs, playgrounds
- Infrastructure experience with Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, AWS, GCP, Vercel
- Understanding of security and privacy best practices including PII handling and audit logging
