- 10+ years of product management experience including leading product managers
- Success building and scaling consumer or small business products with measurable impact
- Experience defining and executing complex product strategies across multiple teams or business units
- Strong AI and machine learning fluency with experience shipping recommendation, personalization, ranking, or intelligent decisioning products
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering and data science on architecture, data, model performance, experimentation, and tradeoffs
