Required

  • 5+ years Identity and Access Management or related IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
  • Deep expertise in Okta, Auth0, IGA, CIAM, PAM, and passwordless solutions
  • Understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, SWA, MFA) and identity lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with privileged access management tools
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identity incidents
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

  • Experience with automation tools like Okta Workflows, PowerShell, or Python scripting
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance
  • Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
