Required
- 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership at supervisor level or above
- 3+ years structural assembly experience including precision drilling, hilok installation, and structural bonding
- 3+ years rigging and crane operations with lift director capability
- Experience partnering with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production control teams
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of production areas
- Track record of scaling work centers and production processes
