Required
- 0–3 years assembly or cross-functional manufacturing experience
- Ability to operate hand, air, and electric tools
- Read and follow work instructions and drawings
- Speak, read, and understand English
- Read tape measures accurately
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally or frequently
Nice to have
- Hoist operation (recommended for Assembler II level)
- Multi-line qualification (Assembler II or III level)
