Required

  • 6+ years in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
  • Domain experience supporting marketing, growth, or go-to-market functions
  • Hands-on experience building marketing data science solutions such as spend optimization or channel measurement
  • Experience operationalizing analytical outputs into business decision systems
  • Data engineering intuition and experience unifying data across multiple systems
  • Strong SQL and Python proficiency with production-quality systems
  • Experience with experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and optimization methods
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional distributed teams

Nice to have
