Required
- 1+ years aerospace, automotive, medical or equivalent assembly experience
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Meticulous attention to detail
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR requirement)
Nice to have
- Configuration-controlled drawing familiarity
- Aerospace-grade wire harness experience with hand and automatic tools
- Soldering or PCBA rework
- ESD protected area experience
- FOD and tool control experience
- Hi-pot and continuity testing experience
- D38999, D-SUB, ETFE/PTFE termination experience
- Work instruction authoring
- Instrumentation and controls installation
- Basic Python or command-line skills
