Required

  • 8+ years in digital advertising, AdOps, or technical advertising solutions
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ad Manager, trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, pacing, and campaign delivery across direct and programmatic channels
  • Experience working directly with buyers, DSPs, SSPs, or publisher-side programmatic teams to resolve technical campaign issues
  • Proven ability to build or scale operational systems including SLA-based workflows, escalation paths, and QA processes
  • Cross-functional partnership experience with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Data teams

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a premium publisher or consumer app from open-auction programmatic toward deal-led PMP/PG models
  • Knowledge of video and mobile app ad products including viewability, click tracking, and creative QA
  • Experience managing globally distributed operations support or external vendor partners
