What they ask for
Required
- 3+ years recent business tax return preparation experience (Forms 1065, 1120-S)
- Minimum 20 business tax clients per season for compensation
- 3+ seasons personal tax preparation experience with minimum 30 returns per year for compensation
- General bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to obtain state tax licenses or certificates as required
- Minimum 20 hours per week onsite availability, Sunday through Saturday
- Willingness to work in retail environment and wear TurboTax uniform
- US residency
Nice to have
- Bookkeeping experience with books-to-tax workflow or willingness to become QuickBooks ProAdvisor
- Experience providing year-round small business tax guidance
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
- Holistic tax advisory experience beyond tax filing
