What this role is
This role leads the integration and testing of avionics systems for a reusable launch vehicle, bridging mechanical, electrical, and software domains from design through flight operations. You'll own the complete lifecycle of avionics hardware, from schematics and test planning to troubleshooting on the launch pad and supporting actual flights.

What they ask for
Required
- B.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years designing, building, or testing electrical systems
- Experience integrating or testing complex multidisciplinary systems like launch vehicles, satellites, aircraft, or automotive
- Electrical schematic development
- Familiarity with automated test sequences and lab equipment
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status for ITAR compliance
Nice to have
- Assembly work plans and mechanical integration instructions for avionics
- Experience with Python, Rust, LabVIEW, LabJack, UEI, or National Instruments hardware
- Exemplary communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
