- J.D. from accredited law school
- Active bar membership in U.S. state
- 3–6 years legal experience including law firm or in-house work
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements for technology or SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software licensing, and commercial contracting
- Strong understanding of data privacy and intellectual property
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong business judgment and practical, solution-oriented advice
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- In-house experience at SaaS, cloud, or AI company
- Familiarity with AI products, foundation models, generative AI, or machine learning
