Required
- 7+ years building production identity platforms at identity providers or enterprise software companies
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0 extensions (PKCE, mTLS, JWT bearer assertions, token exchange) and OpenID Connect
- Experience architecting multi-tenant identity platforms with complex isolation and enterprise feature requirements
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols including JWT patterns, key rotation, and HSM integration
- Experience building identity platforms with sophisticated analytics and security event detection at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of enterprise identity integration patterns (SAML, LDAP/AD, SCIM, custom adapters)
- Proven track record leading technical initiatives in complex, regulated environments
