What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in supply chain, materials management, procurement, or program management
- Experience managing complex Bills of Material in space, production, or engineering environments
- Understanding of space-industry material challenges including long-lead hardware and space-rated quality requirements
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Financial and analytical skills including budgeting and cost modeling
- Ability to operate autonomously and adapt in fast-changing environments
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (ITAR compliance)
Nice to have
- Experience with spacecraft development, launch vehicles, or satellite manufacturing
- Familiarity with small-business operations and resource-limited environments
- CPIM, CSCP, or PMP certification, or graduate degree in supply chain or technical field
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems in aerospace companies
- Knowledge of space-grade electronics, precision machining, composites, or propulsion suppliers
