What they ask for
Required
- 12+ years building web, software, or data-intensive applications
- Technical leadership experience at staff level or above
- Architecting end-to-end analytical and customer-centric platforms at scale
- Expert proficiency in Java/J2EE or C#
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI/ML capabilities in production
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams and communicate trade-offs to senior leadership
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience with agent frameworks, model orchestration, or vector search
- SQL expertise in large-scale data warehouse environments (Spark, Databricks, Presto, Athena, Trino)
- Hands-on data science or machine learning experience
