  • 5+ years managing Amazon or marketplace channels for a consumer brand
  • Proven track record owning sales targets and delivering growth on Amazon
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Amazon DSP, A+ content, and merchandising
  • Strong commercial instincts managing revenue, budget, profitability, and channel tradeoffs
  • Analytical capability with data interpretation and performance reporting
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing paid, organic, and promotional spend
  • Project management skills and cross-functional execution ability
  • Operational excellence with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
  • Bias for action, high ownership, and ability to operate in fast-moving environments

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling Amazon for a premium DTC brand
  • Experience with high-consideration products, hardware, or connected devices
  • Experience managing Amazon product launches and major retail moments like Prime Day or Black Friday
  • Familiarity with Amazon attribution, incrementality analysis, and profitability modeling
  • Experience working with global Amazon marketplaces
