- Licensed pharmacist in state of practice
- Minimum 3 years patient care experience
- Management or professional business experience in managed healthcare, medical group, hospital, or health care delivery

- Knowledge of compliance, legislative, and regulatory activities
- Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy practice and health care regulation laws

- Residency certificate or advanced degree in health care administration, economics, public health, pharmacy administration, or finance
- Experience with AI tools and technologies
