Required
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field)
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information per government standards
- Strong analytical and data organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in team environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to generate compliant, organized documentation
- U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
Nice to have
- Prior internship, co-op, or coursework in supply chain, procurement, or operations
- APICS CSCP or CPSM coursework in progress
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP concepts
- Understanding of supply chain operations, procurement, or materials management concepts
- Understanding of rapid prototyping to production transitions in defense or aerospace environments
