What they ask for
Required
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in employee experience, people programs, people operations, or HR business partnering
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience designing and building people programs and employee experiences
- Experience owning or supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Strong program and project management skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries
- Experience coaching managers through employee relations and performance situations
- Creative and curious approach to people work with instinct for identifying opportunities
- Comfort with AI and emerging technologies in people operations
