  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of professional software development
  • Experience designing, implementing, and operating production software systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems across software and infrastructure
  • Strong production experience developing in Rust
  • Experience building applications or controllers on Kubernetes
  • Experience developing software on Linux
  • Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
