Required

  • 10+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation
  • Deep experience designing and operating developer platforms or CI/CD systems
  • Strong programming in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Significant experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Significant AWS or equivalent cloud provider experience
  • Docker and containerized applications experience
  • Understanding of secure software development, supply chain security, and policy enforcement
  • Ability to set technical direction and design balanced systems
  • Experience leading technical initiatives across functional teams
  • Proven mentoring and technical standard-raising ability
  • Expert troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and platform layers
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous problems and work across varied platform engineering areas

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and AI gateway patterns
  • Experience shaping platform strategy or roadmaps for multi-team adoption
  • Experience partnering with security and architecture teams on shared standards
