What they ask for
Required
- 7–12 years of experience in 3D visualization, experiential design, hospitality design, branded environments, or entertainment design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and post-production
- Strong 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven and realistic environments with refined atmosphere and materiality
- Experience visualizing hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, retail, or branded interior projects
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
- Collaborative mindset suited to iterative creative processes
Nice to have
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Design or Architecture
- Experience collaborating within a design studio and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with emerging AI visualization technologies
- Understanding of both conceptual creativity and real-world implementation constraints
