Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years in technical, manufacturing, or supply chain program management for complex electromechanical hardware
  • Working understanding of hardware development cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and supply chain implications
  • Direct experience running programs with external manufacturing partners
  • Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, operations, procurement, and external partners
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • Experience expanding manufacturing capacity with external partners
  • Program experience in consumer electronics, connected devices, appliances, or medical devices
  • Knowledge of cost models, tooling, NRE, capacity planning, and quality gates (PPAP, FAI, CAPA)
  • Exposure to robotics, autonomous systems, or complex hardware-software products
