Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years in technical, manufacturing, or supply chain program management for complex electromechanical hardware
- Working understanding of hardware development cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and supply chain implications
- Direct experience running programs with external manufacturing partners
- Proven cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, operations, procurement, and external partners
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Nice to have
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
- Experience expanding manufacturing capacity with external partners
- Program experience in consumer electronics, connected devices, appliances, or medical devices
- Knowledge of cost models, tooling, NRE, capacity planning, and quality gates (PPAP, FAI, CAPA)
- Exposure to robotics, autonomous systems, or complex hardware-software products
