- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or test environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Experience with wiring, harnessing, soldering, or electrical assembly
- Experience operating or working around heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, or manlifts
- Familiarity with sensors including accelerometers, thermistors, or thermocouples
- Exposure to environmental test equipment, DAQs, multimeters, thermal chambers, vibration systems, acoustic testing, shock testing, or thermal vacuum systems
- Basic understanding of calibration processes and test instrumentation
