Required

  • 8+ years of software or security engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Programming proficiency in Python or a systems language (Go, Rust, C/C++)
  • Broad knowledge across identity and secrets management, developer security, infrastructure security, and secure frameworks
  • Ability to assess and assign defensible severity and likelihood to ambiguous security problems
  • Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of clarifying and resolving ambiguous technical problems

  • Owned and driven a named security risk through full remediation cycle
  • Briefed executives and defended risk decisions under challenge
  • Built security automation or risk platforms adopted across an organization
  • Shipped LLM or agent-powered security or risk tooling
  • Security engineering, detection engineering, or offensive security background
  • Built or operated a quantified risk program that influenced resource decisions
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP compliance frameworks
