Required
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Current state RN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross
- New grad or less than one year RN experience, or RN transitioning from non-inpatient to acute inpatient care with less than one year acute direct care experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through AHA or American Red Cross (required within first year if in critical care area)
