What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent maritime operational experience
- Minimum 7 years of cruise operations, maritime operations, port operations, terminal operations, or related maritime industry experience
- Knowledge of port agency operations, stevedoring, vessel services, and terminal operations
- Experience with port authorities, government agencies, and third-party maritime service providers
- Experience supporting vessel operations, itinerary execution, and operational planning
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Operational problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Financial awareness and cost evaluation skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe and work outside normal business hours
