Required

  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or related field
  • 3+ years proven experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Methods Engineer in high-tech, automotive, electronics or aerospace industries
  • Advanced English proficiency for technical reports and fluent communication
  • Practical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic systems
  • Critical thinking and failure mode anticipation mindset
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Assertive communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural, multidisciplinary teams under high-demand production schedules

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
